Delivery
The collection is in stock (unless otherwise stated) and is dispatched within 5 working days of your order. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is just £4.95 and takes between 1-3 working days via courier. We are happy to deliver overseas via courier– this takes approximately 5 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery country.
Returns
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery for shoes costing more than £50, providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes. Shoes which cost less than £50 can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE- Seconds are sold as seen and every effort has been made to provide a realistic description, As such these
will not be considered faulty for the highlighted defects. For Discontinued and Sample shoes we recommend trying shoes on in a
carpeted area to avoid marking the soles. The cost of return postage and loss of any items returned to us is your responsibility and we therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
You will be notified by email once your exchange or refund has been actioned- please allow up to 7 days depending on the delivery service used.
